Fairfax County student-athletes secured prominent places on the 2024-25 Virginia High School League Class 6 All-State Basketball Teams, led by South Lakes High School’s Jordan Scott as Boys Player of the Year.

Woodson High School’s Doug Craig earned Boys Coach of the Year honors. Woodson also placed Noah Limbago and Kaylen Chilton on the boys First Team.

Scott joined Limbago, Chilton, and Hayfield Secondary School’s Aaron McFarlane among the First Team boys selections. Centreville High School’s Jaxon Davis, Hayfield’s Parker Cage, and Westfield High School’s Jemon Price made the Second Team.

On the girls side, Centreville’s Kennedy Parrott and Langley High School’s Anya Rahman received First Team honors. Oakton High School’s Sophie Toole and West Potomac High School’s Olivia Jones were selected for the Second Team.

The basketball honors added to a successful winter season for Fairfax County Public Schools. Five FCPS teams and 36 individual athletes won VHSL Class 6 championships during the 2024-25 season, while five teams and 35 individuals finished as state runners-up.
