The next Repair Café will open at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, at the City of Fairfax Regional Library, 10360 North Street in Fairfax.

Organizers will stop accepting knives for sharpening at noon and all other new repairs at 12:30 p.m. The cutoffs allow enough time to finish work and clean the library’s room.

The library is served by WMATA Metrobus routes F23 and F50, as well as the Fairfax City CUE Green and Gold lines. Drivers can use the two-level parking garage behind and beneath the building, accessible from University Drive. City signs on North Street direct visitors toward the library and parking area.

Two additional Repair Cafés are scheduled for early 2026. The first will run from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 8, at Pohick Regional Library, 6450 Sydenstricker Road in Burke.

Another event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at Thomas Jefferson Library, 7415 Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church.
