Mark’s Pub has served the Falls Church area since 1976, evolving from a longtime tavern into a modern neighborhood gathering place with homemade food, drinks and regular entertainment.
The pub at 2190 Pimmit Drive was sold in April 2018. Its new owners introduced a different concept while retaining the establishment’s focus on classic food, drinks and community.
Open daily until 2 a.m., Mark’s offers rotating specials and homemade soups alongside American pub staples. Its burgers feature two 4-ounce patties, including the Mark’s Smash with pickles and smash sauce, the Black & Blue with blue cheese and wing sauce, and a breakfast burger topped with bacon, cheddar and a sunny-side-up egg.
Taco choices include beer-battered fish with avocado and spicy remoulade, smoked pork with orange sauce, and a cowboy taco filled with smoked brisket and scrambled egg.
Starters include hand-rolled steak-and-cheese egg rolls with caramelized onions and beer cheese sauce. Yensy Wings are available grilled or fried in five flavors, while Grandma’s Pot Roast Sliders come topped with cheese and a dipping sauce.
The weekly schedule includes trivia at 7 p.m. Mondays and 8:30 p.m. Thursdays. Mark’s also hosts karaoke and live music on select nights. Dartboards, board games and multiple televisions provide additional entertainment.
An outdoor, dog-friendly café area gives customers another place to gather when the weather cooperates.
Weekend brunch is served from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Customers who purchase an entrée can add a mimosa or Bloody Mary for $2.
Weekday happy hour runs from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, with $2 off draft beer, $3 domestic cans, $5 wine and rail drinks, and $6 Fireball shots.
Mark’s Pub also provides catering services for events.
