Tatiana Ivleva-Lopez has spent more than 18 years helping clients navigate mortgages in Northern Virginia and beyond, serving more than 1,500 borrowers during her lending career.
Based in the McLean and Vienna area, Ivleva-Lopez is licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland and Florida. She speaks English and Russian, allowing her to assist borrowers who may be more comfortable discussing complex financing decisions in either language.
As a senior mortgage consultant with Fairfax-based Prosperity Home Mortgage, Ivleva-Lopez handles home purchases and residential refinancing. Her work includes conventional conforming and jumbo mortgages, along with FHA, USDA, VA and Virginia Housing Development Authority loans.
She also works with first-time homebuyers and offers renovation financing, which can combine the purchase and improvement of a property into one mortgage. Jumbo lending is another focus in Northern Virginia, where higher home prices can push borrowers beyond conventional loan limits.
Ivleva-Lopez was named to Prosperity Home Mortgage’s East Division President’s Club in 2020. She has also been recognized as a Chairman’s Club member, a designation based on loan volume and the number of completed loans.
She is registered with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and holds NMLS identification number 193430.
