Fairfax County’s Best Hair Salon Poll Opens to Write-In Picks

Fairfax County readers can now vote for their favorite local hair salon, with write-in selections available for businesses that are not among the listed nominees.

Fairfax County readers can now vote for their favorite local hair salon, with write-in selections available for businesses that are not among the listed nominees.

The Readers’ Choice poll covers salons offering services ranging from basic trims to hair extensions and more extensive makeovers. Voting for the Best Hair Salon in Fairfax County will remain open until 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13. Participants who do not see their preferred salon on the ballot may submit its name as a write-in choice.

A separate vote for the Best Urgent Care in Fairfax County is also underway. That poll has an earlier deadline, closing at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6.

Results have also been finalized from the Best Orthopedist in Fairfax poll held two weeks earlier. Swati Shirali of Kaiser Permanente placed first, followed by Ryan G. Miyamoto of Town Center Orthopaedics and Keith Lawhorn of OrthoVirginia.
