Fairfax County residents can now vote for the area’s best moving company in a local Readers’ Choice Awards poll.
The nominees serve people moving into Fairfax County, relocating between local neighborhoods or leaving the county for another community. Voters may also write in a favorite business if it does not appear among the listed choices.
Voting in the moving company category will remain open for two weeks. Ballots must be submitted before 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 1.
A separate vote to select the best roofing company serving Fairfax County is also underway. That poll closes at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 25.
Meanwhile, results have been finalized in the best playground category, which went to a vote two weeks earlier. Clemyjontri Park finished first in the listed results, followed by Chessie’s Big Backyard and Burke Lake Park.
