Fairfax County Wedding Venue Voting Opens for Readers

Fairfax County readers can now vote for their favorite local wedding venue as the area enters the most popular month for weddings.

Fairfax County readers can now vote for their favorite local wedding venue as the area enters the most popular month for weddings.

The Readers’ Choice Awards ballot features nominated venues representing the county’s range of wedding settings, including elegant ballrooms, scenic overlooks and historic properties. Voters whose preferred location is not among the nominees can submit it as a write-in choice.

Voting for the Best Wedding Venue in Fairfax County will remain open for two weeks. Ballots must be cast before 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 26.

Another countywide contest is also underway. Readers can vote for the Best Mortgage Lender in Fairfax County until 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 19.

Results have also been announced from the earlier vote on Fairfax County’s best summer activities. The three listed favorites were the Reston Association’s summer pool season, attending a concert at Wolf Trap and hiking at Great Falls Park.
