Fairfax Library Scholarships Top $585,000 With 32 New Awards

The Fairfax County Board of Trustees honored 32 recipients of 2025 Fairfax Library Foundation scholarships at its Wednesday, May 14, meeting.

The Fairfax County Board of Trustees honored 32 recipients of 2025 Fairfax Library Foundation scholarships at its Wednesday, May 14, meeting.

This year’s awards included 16 undergraduate scholarships, seven graduate scholarships and nine staff development scholarships. The Foundation awarded $22,500 to undergraduate recipients, $24,000 to graduate recipients and $4,877 for staff development.

The latest awards bring the Foundation’s total scholarship funding to $585,000.
