Archer Square Condominiums has opened its fourth and final building in Birchwood at Brambleton, bringing 25 new residences to the Northern Virginia community for adults 55 and older.
The release includes several previously sold-out designs, with single-level floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms. Select homes also feature dens and private balconies.
The condominiums have stone exteriors, upscale finishes and layouts designed to provide natural light and low-maintenance living. Residents have access to elevators, dedicated package rooms and private garages.
Homeowners can use Birchwood at Brambleton’s two clubhouses, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hobby rooms and sports courts. The community also offers organized social activities.
Archer Square is located within the larger Brambleton community, near shops, restaurants, recreational amenities and outdoor trails. It also provides access to the Washington, D.C., area and Dulles International Airport.
The homes, built by the Knutson Companies, are priced from the upper $400,000s to more than $600,000.
