From a Greek festival packed with traditional food and dancing to a Beach Boys concert featuring John Stamos, the Tysons-area calendar is loaded with entertainment from Friday, June 5, through Sunday, June 7.
Saint Katherine Spring Greek Festival 2026
Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church will host three days of homemade Greek food, pastries, Greek coffee, live music and traditional dance performances.
The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, then noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. The church is at 3149 Glen Carlyn Road in Falls Church.
Paws on PenFed Plaza
Dogs take center stage Saturday at PenFed Plaza outside Tysons Corner Center. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., visitors can explore a dog park and splash pad, meet pet vendors and rescue groups with adoptable dogs, and pick up giveaways.
The event will also feature canine caricatures, a foam party for dogs and an Automatic Treat Machine. PenFed members can receive a VIP gift while supplies last.
PenFed Plaza is at 1961 Chain Bridge Road in Tysons.
Allstar Purple Party: Tribute to Prince
Singer Junie Henderson will channel Prince during a concert and dance party Saturday at The State Theatre. The performance will celebrate the artist’s music, signature clothing and energetic stage presence.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 220 N. Washington Street in Falls Church.
Animal Expedition
Reston Town Center will welcome pets and their people Sunday for Animal Expedition, featuring vendors, rescue organizations, exhibits and live entertainment.
Complimentary face painting, mini train rides and live music are also planned from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Four-legged visitors are welcome but must remain on non-retractable leashes.
The Beach Boys With John Stamos
The Beach Boys, led by Mike Love, will bring more than 65 years of surf-rock history to Wolf Trap on Sunday, with John Stamos joining the performance.
Fans can expect enduring summer favorites including “Surfin’ USA” and “Fun, Fun, Fun.” The concert begins at 3 p.m. at the Filene Center, 1551 Trap Road in Vienna.
