Glory Days Grill will celebrate its 30th anniversary April 16 at the chain’s original Burke location, with 1990s music, discounted wings and other one-day specials.
Richard Danker, Robert Garner and Jeff Newman founded the family-friendly sports grill in 1996. Since opening its first neighborhood restaurant, the business has expanded to 36 locations while maintaining its focus on American food, community involvement and a welcoming atmosphere.
The broader anniversary celebration will run from March 30 through the end of May. A limited-time menu will feature a $30 bucket of 30 wings, French onion dip, Korean barbecue wings, a mushroom truffle burger, a 10-ounce pork chop, a crispy chicken sandwich, molten lava cake and drink specials.
On April 16, participating locations will offer bone-in wings for 96 cents each and signature Homerun Ritas for $3. Loyalty members who dine inside a restaurant that day will also receive 30 free loyalty points.
The flagship Burke restaurant will host community members, longtime customers and company leaders for the anniversary gathering.
Danker called the milestone a proud moment, saying the founders intended to create more than a restaurant and that seeing the company’s growth has been rewarding.
Principal owner Bob Basham said the anniversary reflects the relationships Glory Days Grill has built with loyal customers and team members over three decades.
The anniversary menu will remain available through the end of May, while the April 16 offers will be limited to that day at participating restaurants.
