HeyTea’s two bright summer releases have attracted plenty of attention online, but only one fully delivers on its fruity promise. Both drinks offer a refreshing escape from rising temperatures, though their hefty prices may limit their appeal.

The Golden Oolong Yuzu earned a 4 out of 5. Its blend of oolong tea and yuzu creates a light citrus flavor grounded in classic tea notes. A mildly bitter finish balances the drink’s sugary, lemon-like sweetness, making it the stronger choice of the pair.

The widely promoted King Jasmine Guava received a 3.25 rating. Despite its focus on guava, the fruit flavor is extremely subtle. The guava cloud adds a slight salty note, while the lime zest leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.

Both drinks are refreshing enough to try once, but the cost may make repeat purchases harder to justify. Less expensive alternatives—or similar homemade drinks—could offer better value.
