LUCKI stays loyal to his signature sound on Drgs R Bad*, an energetic fourth studio album that highlights the rapper’s distinctive flow and sharp lyricism.

Released May 15, the project contains 20 main tracks and six bonus songs. Five tracks feature collaborations with other rap artists.

The album builds on the style LUCKI established with his first mixtape, Alternative Trap, while showing that his familiar approach can still produce catchy and creative music.

“NUPPY INTRO” launches the record with an immediately recognizable burst of energy. Like LUCKI’s previous opening tracks, it sets the tone quickly and works as a confident return to form.

The ninth track, “Can’t B Trusted,” has emerged as a fan favorite with help from a Lil Baby collaboration. The two rappers explore their friendship, personal experiences and the importance of trust.

On the more emotional “Roundtripski,” the album’s 16th track, LUCKI describes using an extravagant lifestyle and relationships to dull his internal pain. Its upbeat production contrasts with that conflict, and fans on TikTok have already singled it out as the album’s strongest song.

“Not So Virgo Of You,” the 21st track, first arrived as a single in February and returned as a bonus cut. The song focuses on breaking away from stereotypical Virgo characteristics, including excessive criticism and analysis.

Across the full project, LUCKI maintains the atmosphere and lyrical qualities he has developed throughout his career. Drgs R Bad* meets the expectations surrounding its May 2026 release and further strengthens his standing among independent rappers.
