Najma Oudada’s path from Casablanca to Washington, D.C., and McLean, Virginia, included more than two decades in commercial lending and banking before she entered real estate sales.
Oudada has over 13 years of commercial real estate lending experience and spent a decade in banking. She previously served as a vice president in corporate business banking, working with high-net-worth clients, investors and institutional lenders.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration. During her banking career, she structured and negotiated transactions involving land developments, multifamily properties, hotels and medical facilities.
Now a global real estate advisor, Oudada works across commercial and residential markets. Her specialties include hotels, multifamily buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties, along with luxury homes, cooperative units and development land.
Her recent listings include a 21-acre Lorton property zoned for residential and agricultural uses, offered at $3.25 million, and a newly constructed luxury home on Juniper Lane in Falls Church priced at $2.3 million.
In Washington, she listed a penthouse called “The Presidential” at 1026 16th Street NW, two blocks from the White House, for $1,299,999.
Over the previous five years, Oudada closed transactions totaling $10.4 million. The properties ranged from $750,000 to $4.9 million, with an average sale price of $1.7 million.
Oudada is fluent in English, French and Arabic. Her local and international network serves a client base that includes international investors and buyers, many of whom purchase properties with cash. She works from an office on Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington.
