Vienna Theatre Company will open its spring production of “My Fair Lady” at 7 p.m. Friday, April 17, at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St. SE.
The classic Lerner and Loewe musical follows Eliza Doolittle, a young flower seller whose Cockney accent limits her prospects in Edwardian society. Professor Henry Higgins sets out to teach her to speak like a proper lady, sparking an unexpected friendship.
Evening performances begin at 7 p.m. April 17-18, April 24-25 and May 1-2. Sunday matinees are scheduled for 2 p.m. April 19, April 26 and May 3.
Tickets cost $18 and are available online or in person at the Vienna Community Center. All sales are final, and tickets cannot be transferred.
