Shepherd Homes Group says it has surpassed $1 billion in sales volume within five years, completing more than 2,000 transactions and recently selling over 600 homes annually.

Led by founder and Realtor Jason Cheperdak, the Samson Properties team serves buyers, sellers and investors across Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun County and Washington, D.C.

Cheperdak gained early experience renovating and flipping homes with his family, developing a background in construction and property valuation. He later built Shepherd Homes Group into a multidisciplinary operation with dozens of agents and support employees working in sales, operations, marketing and client service.

The group assists buyers with home searches, market analysis, offers, negotiations, relocation and investment decisions. Seller services include pricing, photography, video, digital marketing, listing preparation, contract management and negotiations.

Its specialties include military and veteran relocation, investment properties, portfolio development and new construction. The team works across the market, from condominiums and entry-level properties to multimillion-dollar homes.

Cheperdak and the group report receiving regional recognition for individual sales, team performance and work with military clients. The business says client reviews frequently emphasize responsiveness, market knowledge, negotiation and coordinated support throughout transactions.
