Teso Life has applied to renovate a former CVS space at 6164 Arlington Boulevard in Seven Corners, a proposal that would bring the Asian lifestyle retailer’s second Virginia store to the area.

Fairfax County planning documents describe renovations covering 12,535 square feet at Willston 1 Centre. The submitted work includes demolishing interior walls, building new partitions, revising sales and storage layouts, and completing electrical work.

The plans had not received county approval as of July 24, 2026, according to FFXnow. Teso Life had not announced an opening date and did not answer the publisher’s multiple requests for comment.

The storefront displayed “coming soon” messages during the week before publication. An observation during that period found the interior apparently bare amid renovations, though the condition of the space was not described in the county planning documents.

If approved and completed, the Seven Corners location would follow Teso Life’s first Virginia store at 13860 Braddock Road in Centreville. The company also operates a store in Rockville, Maryland.

Teso Life sells Asian imported food and drinks, along with home goods, toys, collectibles and beauty products. Its website listed 33 open locations, and the company aimed to have 51 stores across 18 states by the end of 2026, according to the supplied reporting.

Ebisu opened an Asian lifestyle-products store at Seven Corners Center in May 2026.

The Burn has also reported that Teso Life plans another Northern Virginia location at Sugarland Crossing in Sterling. That plan, along with the company’s reported store-count goals, was not independently established in the supplied material.

For now, the Seven Corners project remains subject to county approval, with no confirmed opening date.
