The Trillium Tysons is offering older adults a rental-based approach to luxury senior living in The Boro, combining flexible leases, extensive amenities and access to additional care in a walkable part of Tysons.

Unlike communities that require six-figure entrance fees, The Trillium uses a monthly rental model with no large upfront buy-in or long-term commitment. Residents also receive priority access to higher levels of on-site care if their needs change.

The community’s amenities include rooftop gardens and terraces, a cocktail bar, social spaces, an art studio, a community theater, a salon and day spa, and a fitness and wellness center. Residents can also use a juice bar and choose among six dining venues.

Daily programs, social events, educational classes, cultural outings and group trips to Washington, D.C., are designed to keep residents active and connected. One- and two-bedroom residences range from approximately 770 to more than 2,100 square feet. The homes feature open living areas and large windows, with options to adjust finishes and add practical features such as grab bars or customized closet systems.

The property also provides around-the-clock security, concierge services and access to on-site health care professionals. Early resident and visitor feedback has emphasized the community’s cleanliness, attentive staff and upscale design.
