Tysons Corner Center will welcome spring with nearly a month of cherry blossom-themed events, products and seasonal food from March 20 through April 13.

The celebration will bring special programming and attractions to the Plaza while mall retailers and restaurants offer limited-time merchandise, discounts, meals and drinks. Featured products will include Sakura Cherry Blossom bath accessories from LUSH and cherry blossom and bonsai tree sets from LEGO.

Seasonal menu options will include a strawberry hibiscus margarita at Seasons 52 and a blossom salad at Barrel & Bushel.

The centerpiece will be the Blossom Bash, scheduled for Sunday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Plaza. Twenty Tysons Corner Center retailers and restaurants will showcase their cherry blossom-themed offerings during the event.

ArtsFairfax will partner with the mall on a live chalk art installation featuring 20 local artists. The bash will also include food samples, face painting and other free family activities.

Entertainment will feature the Washington Commanders Command Force and the Washington Wizards Dance Team, both part of the Cherry Blossom Parade lineup.

PenFed Credit Union will host a “PenFed Petals” station where visitors can assemble bouquets with cherry blossom branches and other seasonal flowers. A flower wall will be available for photos, while PenFed members will receive VIP access and premium bouquets.

Earl’s, Eddie V’s and Barrel & Bushel will also serve custom pink drinks that guests can carry onto the Plaza during the celebration.
