Public officials, developers, investors and business leaders will gather March 12 for an inaugural summit focused on the development and investment decisions shaping Tysons.
Vision Tysons 2026: Development and Investment Summit is scheduled for 3:30 to 7 p.m. at The Vault at Capital One Hall, 7750 Capital One Tower Road. Advance registration is required.
The Tysons Community Alliance is organizing the event with Capital One Center and McGuireWoods. Moderated discussions will explore economic development, public-private partnerships, market conditions, infrastructure investment and policy priorities. The program also includes two networking receptions.
Scheduled speakers and panelists include Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeff McKay and Providence District Supervisor Dalia A. Palchik. Other participants are Scott E. Adams of McGuireWoods; Jesse Benites of Macerich; Gary Block of The Meridian Group; Alex Iams of the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority; Erin Mical of Capital One; and David Schneider of Holland & Knight.
Tysons Community Alliance CEO Katie Cristol said shifting market conditions, major infrastructure investments and long-term planning decisions have brought Tysons to a critical stage in its development. She said the summit is intended to help public- and private-sector leaders exchange perspectives and discuss how Tysons can remain competitive, inclusive and economically resilient.
