Dr. Maryam Nazemzadeh has spent more than 17 years developing a facial-aesthetics practice centered on precise, understated results, particularly around the eyes and upper face.
Known to patients as “Dr. Naz,” Nazemzadeh works from The Naz Experience, her private practice at 8100 Boone Boulevard in Tysons. Her services span surgical and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation, from eyelid procedures and brow lifts to injectables, lasers and regenerative skin treatments.
Nazemzadeh earned her medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she also completed an ophthalmology residency. She later pursued a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic surgery at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Her specialized training in oculofacial plastic surgery focuses on the delicate structures surrounding the eyes and upper face. Her surgical work includes upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, brow lifts and reconstructive procedures involving the eye and orbit. She also provides under-eye hollow correction, Botox, Dysport, fillers and skin treatments.
Rather than pursuing dramatic changes, Nazemzadeh’s approach emphasizes gradual, individualized improvements intended to preserve a patient’s recognizable appearance. Treatment plans may combine surgery with nonsurgical procedures over time.
Her Tysons practice is designed around a boutique, relationship-focused model, with long-term planning taking priority over isolated treatments. Patient feedback included in the collected material repeatedly emphasizes trust, natural-looking outcomes and attentive care.
Nazemzadeh received a Washingtonian Top Doctor recognition in 2025 and has also earned a Castle Connolly Top Doctor designation. Her work is especially associated with eyelid surgery, under-eye rejuvenation and cosmetic injectables.
