Restaurants across the Tysons area are preparing special menus, wine pairings and live entertainment for Valentine’s Day 2026, with celebrations extending throughout February.
Ellie Bird in Falls Church will serve a four-course menu on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 13 and 14. The $105-per-person dinner will offer choices for each course, including house-made breads, creative flavors and luxury ingredients. Limited-edition Champagnes and classic wines may be purchased in advance, while cocktails, nonalcoholic drinks and the full beverage list will also be available.
Café Renaissance in Vienna has planned several seatings for Feb. 14. A three-course first sitting runs from 1:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $65, followed by three-course seatings at 4 p.m. for $70 and 6:30 p.m. for $95. A four-course dinner with saxophone music begins at 9:15 p.m. and costs $95. Tax and gratuity are not included.
Ristoranti Bonaroti in Vienna will offer a special Valentine’s Day menu, while Nostos, also in Vienna, will serve a special prix fixe menu.
Dolce Vita Italia Kitchen & Wine Bar in Fairfax is offering a three-course dinner for $75 per person before tax and gratuity. An optional wine pairing costs an additional $25.
A Month of Romance in Great Falls
L’Auberge Chez François in Great Falls has scheduled a series of romantic dining events throughout February, with reservations reportedly filling quickly.
The program begins Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a four-course seafood luncheon. Wine professional Sarah Walsh of Winebow will guide guests through pairings selected to accompany dishes from Chef Jacques Haeringer’s team.
On Friday, Feb. 13, Chef Jacques will lead a truffle cooking demonstration and luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature black truffles, sparkling wine and French wines presented by Hughes Beaulieu of Elite Wines, a former sommelier and wine director.
A musical brunch featuring guitarist Jarrett Laskey is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menu will be accompanied by brunch cocktails, sparkling wine and live music.
Singer Prince Havely will headline another romantic musical brunch on Sunday, Feb. 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. His planned repertoire includes French and Italian selections along with songs associated with Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra.
On Friday, Feb. 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the restaurant will hold a four-course luncheon for meat lovers. Frank Napp, an Estates Group specialist for Republic National Distributing Company in Northern Virginia, will present three paired wines. Featured dishes include cave-aged Gruyère quiche Lorraine with Applewood-smoked bacon and Virginia ham, plus seared Creekstone Farms filet mignon with truffle sauce.
The month concludes Saturday, Feb. 28, with a wine festival and luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Guests will taste nine wines selected from regions around the world before choosing a four-course lunch from Chef Jacques’ winter menu, accompanied by another glass of wine. Sommeliers will lead the tasting and offer pairing guidance, and the featured wines will be available for purchase at event-only prices.
