Vienna Expo Adds Free Heirloom Appraisals for Older Adults

Adults 55 and older can explore health resources, collect giveaways and get select family heirlooms appraised at the Town of Vienna Wellness and Safety Expo.

Adults 55 and older can explore health resources, collect giveaways and get select family heirlooms appraised at the Town of Vienna Wellness and Safety Expo.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, May 8, at the Vienna Community Center, 120 Cherry St. SE in Vienna. More than 50 local vendors will offer educational materials and guidance on mental, social, environmental and financial wellness.

Matthew Quinn of Quinn’s Auction Galleries will discuss auction-market sales trends and share suggestions for handling family heirlooms. Experts will also appraise one or two items per attendee on a first-come, first-served basis from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Books will not be accepted.
