Virginia Home Design is approaching 10 years in business after completing kitchen, bathroom and whole-home renovations across Northern Virginia.

Founder Tomas Zuokas established the Vienna-based company in 2016 after more than two decades in construction. A Virginia Class A licensed contractor, Zuokas leads projects ranging from single-room updates to custom-home construction.

The company’s kitchen work includes custom cabinets, stone countertops, backsplashes and structural wall removal for open-concept layouts. Bathroom projects can feature custom tile, new vanities and fixtures, freestanding or built-in tubs and accessibility improvements for children or aging family members.

Virginia Home Design also handles broader renovations involving basements, hardwood flooring, painting and landscaping. Its team has coordinated multi-room projects and built custom homes from initial design discussions through final walkthroughs.

Clients in Fairfax, Falls Church and Arlington have described projects that included kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and structural changes. Several said they planned to hire the company again, citing its workmanship, responsiveness and ability to adjust when outside delays affected a project.

The company has also worked with Northern Virginia real estate agents to prepare properties for sale through staging, painting, flooring and remodeling. Realtors in Vienna and Great Falls reported faster buyer interest after projects were completed, including one home that received multiple offers on its first day on the market.
