The Alexandria Sportsman’s Club will spotlight women in athletics during its Nov. 19 meeting at the Old Dominion Boat Club in Old Town Alexandria.
The program will feature a professional player from the DC Divas football team and three local school athletic administrators: Stephanie Koroma, athletic director at St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes School; Jen Fitzpatrick, athletic director at Episcopal High School; and Ashley Perez, assistant athletic director at Bishop Ireton High School.
Past club president Jim Gibson will moderate the panel. Club Vice President Brendan Crane will also recognize the high school Athletes of the Month.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., with a complimentary dinner available before the meeting begins at 7 p.m. The event will take place in the Old Dominion Boat Club Ballroom at 0 Prince Street, near the waterfront at the bottom of Prince Street.
