Tana Keeffe and her mother, Debbie Earman, operate Earman Family Realtors, serving first-time and experienced homebuyers and sellers across Northern Virginia.

Debbie, a Vienna native and James Madison High School graduate, has been the top agent in her Vienna office since 1989. The mother-daughter team reports annual residential real estate sales of between $25 million and $31 million.

Their work includes helping families relocate, collaborating with builders and advising clients on decisions involving finances, commutes, schools, household size and life stage. Debbie’s decades in Vienna also provide the team with long-term knowledge of local neighborhoods and market conditions.

Some clients have returned to Keeffe for multiple transactions over many years. Rebecca D. said she worked with Keeffe to sell and rent a house in 2006, buy one in 2008 and sell another in 2021.

Jon H. said Keeffe encouraged him to visit a home he had initially dismissed based on its online photographs. He ultimately bought the property after Keeffe prepared an offer that the seller accepted despite a competing bid that was significantly higher.

Another client, Elizabeth J., said Keeffe moved quickly after her husband received an out-of-state transfer in September. According to Elizabeth, their home sold within several weeks for more than the asking price.

Keeffe has also held several leadership positions with local business organizations. She served for years on the Vienna-Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and completed two terms as chairperson—one three-year term with the Vienna-Tysons Chamber and another with the Tysons Chamber.

Her other chamber roles included vice president of fundraising and director-advisor. In those positions, she helped organize town and charitable events connecting businesses, nonprofit groups and community members. She also presented chamber honors, including the Above and Beyond Award and the Chairman’s Award.

The regional chamber serves Vienna, Tysons Corner, Oakton, Merrifield and Dunn Loring, creating connections between area businesses and their communities through networking, marketing, education and public representation. Keeffe’s involvement has helped her develop relationships with local contractors, mortgage brokers, attorneys and other professionals who may assist clients during real estate transactions.
