Allie Chamberlain, a Samson Properties real estate agent serving Northern Virginia, reports a 99.4% list-to-sale price ratio and an average of 10 days on the market for her listings.

Chamberlain has worked in real estate for more than 13 years and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. She is also an Northern Virginia Association of Realtors top producer and a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
